This issue records the deaths of two homœopathic practitioners, Sue Muller and Jan Jeffrey. These are sad losses and many people whose lives were touched by these women will have been greatly affected to hear of their passing.On page 7 is a proving of rosemary. It is instructive to see how the provers’ experiences have been turned into repertory language – some in a misleading way. For example “Eye – lacrimation” does not mean Rosmarinus would suit someone of weepy temperament because the only tears came when prover E, a woman, had a very sore throat.

On pages 13 to 18 are reports showing that potentised preparations work on plant pathogens, fungal and viral. A similar experiment on leaf fungi appeared in Homœopathica in November 1999. Trials like this are ignored by critics.

There are none so blind as those who will not see. And there is, too, another thoughtful letter from Joe Rozencwajg. I wish others would write also.
